Producing the technical sales material, calculating different scenarios on payback of investments and communicating and distributing the final products to the internal staff. 2nd rotation - Customer Management/Sales: Rollout of a new equipment generation creating sales material and communicating the benefits and improvements to our market companies. 3rd rotation - Automation and Mechanical Design: Optimization-project of existing equipment. Re-dimensioning existing gear motors. Evaluating dynamics in the machines for optimizing for electrical efficiency. 4th rotation - Supply Chain Operations: Complete setup of new assembly line for new equipment generation including inventory and Pick-box allocation and work station design, Implementing a one-operation/one-day assembly principle, Creating and documenting the assembly process into assembly manuals. Furthermore i spend time in our Chinese market company and production facility. Here I established great network and investigated the Chinese market. Direct customer meetings with several ice cream manufacturers talking with both operating and management level employees.Last rotation - Order management: Managing orders for our key components securing and improving delivery performance and project margin through continuously chasing varies improvement potential.After Graduate: Used as stepping stone the Order Management role is to launch me into my actual role as Project Manager.
