Start up new material production line in Japan- Train persons in charge of production to production procedure, prodcution conditions and process control for new material.- Train persons in charge of quality assurance to quality control for new material.Monitor new material production line process- Deal with troubles on line- Update standard documents- Have internal audit by global operation team- Improve production process- Join global operations cummunity meeting with production managers from the other plants on behalf of a production manager in Japan.
