Met Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) is het mogelijk om vervelende ervaringen los te laten of te verwerken en om steeds terugkerend emoties te neutraliseren. Hierdoor kunnen negatieve overtuigingen en identiteitsbelevingen worden omgezet tot positieve doelen en inzichten. Muziek is een krachtige manier om bij onze emoties te kunnen. Een lied kan ons kippenvel geven, een traan veroorzaken en energiek of vrolijk maken. Muziek brengt je in contact met je gevoel en haalt dingen uit je onderbewuste naar de oppervlakte. Zangschool Amsterdam was founded by Niña in 2005 and is a vocal school where everyone is welcome to learn how to sing with more control and joy. Over the years, the school has grown into a team of 15 versatile pop vocal coaches, located on the Postjesweg in Amsterdam.Singing is for everyone, including those who always thought they could never learn to sing. Through vocal lessons, students gain more control and confidence in the proper use of their voice. Lessons focus on breath support, posture, presentation, emotional interpretation of lyrics, and even learning to accompany oneself on piano or guitar, or writing a song. Singing lessons help students truly enjoy the art of singing. They will also find benefits in their daily personal life, at school, or in the workplace. Confidence in their speaking voice and overall presentation will increase. Singing is not only a great outlet for emotions, but it's also good for your health!

Niña van Dijk discovered her passion for music at a young age. In 2003, she broke through with the group Treble, whose unique, self-created language became a sensation. Their song "Ramaganana" became a number-one hit, leading to performances at numerous festivals, two major theater tours across the Netherlands, two albums, and a whirlwind promotional tour through 38 European countries in just 40 days. The tour culminated in Greece, where Treble represented the Netherlands at the Eurovision Song Contest.In 2006, Niña decided to further develop her musical skills and was accepted into the pop music program at the 'Conservatorium van Amsterdam' as a vocalist. She studied under renowned artists like Mathilde Santing and Anouk Teeuwen, building connections with a variety of musicians and performing in bands across different genres. In 2010, she graduated and released her solo EP, "Outside the Box".In 2012, Niña participated in The Voice of Holland (season 3), choosing Marco Borsato as her coach and reaching the first live show. In 2022, she released her deeply personal Dutch-language single "Tussen de sterren", written after the loss of her two sons due to premature birth. This poignant tribute to "star children" was produced by Hans van Hemert and recorded with the Metropole Orchestra at the Arnold Muhren Studio.Niña is currently pursuing the Master 'Musical Leadership' at the 'Conservatorium van Amsterdam', focusing on project management, leadership, communication, and music, as she continues to deepen her expertise and artistic vision.
