I enjoy helping people better understand their current financial situation, and creating and providing them with tools that support them in reaching their financial goals. I do so by applying the beyond budgeting method, which for me has made Business and Financial Planning a more enjoyable process. I believe that applying the beyond budgeting method will increase company's agility and improve their performance.I believe empathy is very important for true success I also believe in continuous improvements and I'm focused on strategic thinking.When I'm not deep down in an excel spreadsheet I'm most likely running, cycling, doing puzzles with my daughters, listening to my son describing the universe or enjoying the Icelandic swimming pools with my husband.
