As an Operations Manager at Eliots Sustainability, I contribute to the establishment and development of the first Food Bank project in Georgia, funded by the European Union and Czech Development Agency. I leverage my expertise in food systems and food waste issues to identify key opportunities for improvement and implement waste-cutting measures in the retail and HoReCa sector.With 8 years of experience in the retail sector, I have also successfully managed and optimized back office operations for Majid Al Futtaim, one of the leading retail groups in the Middle East and Africa. I supervised and coordinated staff recruitment and reallocation, organized and conducted various training modules, and developed and implemented new operational policies and procedures.
