- Prepare short-term to medium-term optimal production planning of the company’s power plant assets- Communicate with external counterparties (NGCP, DOE, NIA, etc.) to achieve the planned production and ensure compliance to rules and regulations- Improve forecast accuracy and optimization, and other continuous improvement initiatives on operations systems, procedures, standards, and policies- Perform trader functions to maximize revenue from spot energy and ancillary services trading

- Perform daily trading activities such as Generation and Reserve Offer submissions to the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM)- Monitor the electricity market every 5 minutes and make trading decisions according to current market situation- Prepare and submit Bilateral Contract Quantities Declaration to WESM- Conduct studies that help the company assess market trends and competitor activities- Coordinate with the System Operator, Market Operator, Plant Operators, and Third-Party Suppliers to ensure accurate submission of deliverables and implementation of agreements - Produce regular market report that highlight market activities and company revenue
