Senior Master Planner and Design Manager for P-563 Program including the development of a master plan, facilities and infrastructure to support the overall MoD initiatives developed as part of the KSA's Vision 2030 strategy. The project includes:- A new military city with MoD headquarters consolidation, support and logistics facilities; a residential and commercial community; and other future commands- A National Defence University with a library, conference centre and academic buildings- A self-sustaining Joint Forces Command compound located approximately 50 kilometres from the military city

Master Planning, Planning and Design NATO Combined Security Transition Command – Afghanistan (CSTC-A) and Afghan National Security Forces, Various Locations, Afghanistan. Comprehensive master planning for Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF) Forward Operating Bases and Garrisons that provide operations, training, administration, full life safety and support, maintenance, communications, Anti-terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) security and airfield/runway planning for units throughout the country. Responsibilities included site assessments, definition of requirements, concept plans with alternatives, detailed site plans, construction phasing plans, facility layouts, rough cost estimates, scopes of requirements for site development, and schedules and scopes of work to implement recommendations. Assigned personnel ranged from company level (approximately 150) to corps garrisons and training centers (8,000-15,000), including active combat personnel (officers, NCOs, soldiers), special forces, students, trainers, mentors, and base/garrison support. Provided coordination of various activities, from site assessment/facility assessment requirements and investigation schedules, to management of personnel and documents for master planning, design, and construction programming.Project Manager for the development of interior, landscape and security design for several Afghanistan government flagship facilities such as the MoD Headquarters and Presidential Information Coordination Center. Provided coordination of several design teams in various time zones, activities ranging from charrettes to management of personnel and documents for design, and construction programming.Production Manager for the development of sustainment/inventory reports that focused on compiling existing records of facilities including land ownership documentation, planning and construction documents, facility, infrastructure and utility asset assessment reports, occupancy capacities, etc.
