The Her Power Her Future initiative, funded by the U.S. Department of State and led by CARE Caucasus with four local partners, aims to enhance economic security and leadership among rural women in Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan over a three-year period. The Mid-term Evaluation assessed project outcomes, sustainability, and potential impacts, while identifying challenges and future actions needed to meet targets and mitigate risks. It involved key decision-makers, implementers, and end-beneficiaries.

1.Ensure that the role of CARE France is fulfilled including but not limited to: quality assurance, high quality donor reporting for DEC (UK), SHO(Netherlands), NIN(Austria), Pooled funds, Private donors; developing new proposals if required, provision of TA and capacity strengthening of local partners, coordinate with UN and I/NGOs in the country response and refugee response plan(RRP). 2. Manage/supervise Finance and Grants Manager, the MEAL Coordinator and the Report and Proposal Writer.

1. Conduct evaluations of state programmes implemented in Georgia for supporting Georgian farmers. The programmes supported up to 50 000 beneficiaries with the budget up to USD 150 million. 2. MEAL of the implementation of the ongoing FAO projects with Budgets from USD 1 to 14 million financed by EU and USAID. Special attention is paid to the project implemented in Abkhazia considering the sensitivity of political situation and difficulties in logistical arrangements. 3. Conduct evaluation of the project activities 4. Supervise and support external evaluations 5. Supervise M&E team.

responsible for all M&E planning and implementation for three main activities of the project: 1. Business and social grants for local organizations and individuals – assessment of the investments, operational setup, disbursement of grants, monitor implementation and performance of the supported investments. 2. Capacity building component for local government, CSOs and individuals to establish participatory development platform in the region encouraging democracy. 3. Coordinate the M&E efforts conducted by the partners to provide constant and timely evaluation of the project's progress.

Assist as necessary with the logistical arrangements for receiving external consultants / visitors within the Rural Development project. Support project manager on the grant component – assessment of the investments, operational setup, disbursement of grants, monitor implementation and performance of the supported investments. Procurement and office management: maintain project staff stationary supplies; identify office equipment purchase and maintenance needs and prepare and follow-up on associated procurement requests. Data collection: Collect and input field data into project data base/statistical analysis computer programs. Translate project documentation from Georgian into English and vice versa. Provide translation/interpretation services for project staff, consultants plus visitors at meeting and during field visits to project sites. Act as interpreter during workshops, conferences and meetings with project partners, community representatives and other stakeholders. Support in development of effective cooperation with media to increase awareness about CARE Caucasus’ activities through project by organizing TV/radio and newspaper interviews/talk shows.

Intern Duties & Responsibilities: collecting information regarding studies/research concerning renewable energy and energy efficiency; participating in different ongoing projects.
