Main tasks / Important responsibilities- Act as a coach for Kepner-Tregoe , and its implementation in the plant- Prepare and deliver 8D training and refreshers- Act as a coach for implementation, and ensure regular and proper use and follow up of the 8D tool- Provide additional control of the quality of 8D reports created by the Customer Quality Engineers- Training and coaching of relevant employees for the use of Fishbone (Ishikawa) and FTA as a part of a Problem Solving Procedure- Act as a coach for QRQC implementation , and ensure regular and proper use and follow up of the tool- Spread Problem Solving awareness and philosophy in all departments in the plant- Lead the problem solving team in the plant- Define and follow up of the KPIs that are related to Quality tools and training- Work on Six Sigma projects and support new continuous improvements processesGeneral :•HSEE :-Follow all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements that are defined on work instructions or communicated in training -Follow required emergency prevention and operational controls -Report all accidents, occupational illnesses and emergencies •Quality: -Apply, execute and maintain function related BOS issues
