I have a decade of experience in both manual and automated testing across a range of software applications. My professional journey includes a substantial tenure of nine years at Infosys Limited in Trivandrum and a year at Accenture in Bangalore, India. I am skilled in implementing automation tests using Python and Selenium within various frameworks such as Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD). My expertise spans testing in the human resources and customer relationship management domains. Proficient in utilizing GIT for version control and Jenkins for continuous integration, I also have experience in automating processes using the Azure Synapse platform, employing Python scripting within SQL databases. For scripting and query development, I used Python notebooks and SQL, respectively. My analytical skills are further sharpened by my proficiency with the PowerBI tool. My academic credentials include a postgraduate diploma in Project Management and a specialized diploma in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, both from Loyalist College in Canada.Currently working as Technical Support Advisor - Case management for an Automotive industry.
