 Placing purchase order with the supplier by identifying the quality products. Negotiating with the suppliers in order to meet the profit for the company. Preparing all sort of documents needed for purchasing the goods. Regular follow-up with the supplier to report the current status, till the production finishes. Coordinating with the sales team. Managing service schedules. Filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Responding to complaints from customers and give after sales support when required. Prepare administrative letters, including but not limited to, Salary letters, Bank letters, Employment Verification Letters and NOC Letters. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems. Communicating with both clients and team members. Processing and filing Tax Invoices. Prepare Quotations and follow up. Preparing Schedules and Service reports. Procurement and quantity surveying.

 Calling Clients. Documentation. Arranging schedules and permit. Coordinating with supervisors. Reception duties such as phone call attending, informing schedules, follow up quotations, payments & visa processing. Coordinate the daily activities for Supervisor and office management activities for executive.
