Current- Business Unit Collaboration: Work closely with individual Business Units to ensure their requirements are adequately captured.- Application Management: Install, configure, upgrade, maintain, and document the application environment. Maintain current industry knowledge, best practices, and procedures.- Issue Resolution: Perform break/fix on a priority basis utilizing the Halifax Water ticketing system. Manage all tickets related to the application and liaise with vendors as required.- Feature Deployment: Plan, test, and control the release of new features. Perform upgrades, testing, and patch management.- Training: Keep current with the required training for the appropriate applications that are supported and train staff in the use of the application.
