For the past 20 years, Nipatsin has involved in petroleum exploration and production industry both International and Thailand in various roles, professional engineers and management. He has taken industrial leadership role in international professional society such as Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) that he serves as board of director for Thailand section since 2006. In 2008, Nipatsin received The Outstanding Young Member for Northern Asia Pacific Region from his leadership and contribution by Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). In 2015, Nipatsin received the Regional Services awards from his leadership and contribution. He has taken Thailand Exploration and Production Award Chairman role during 2011-2017. Nipatsin graduated the Energy Literacy for Young Executive from Thailand Energy Academy in 2018. Nipatsin is currently serving as chairperson of the Energy Literacy for Young Executive class 4th. Nipatsin is a founding member and board of director of YOUNG THAILAND ENERGY ACADEMY CLUB (YTEAC).
