The Lawrence House stabilized in less than 10 months upon opening and continues thriving as an entertainment hub of the Uptown community and residents who have the privilege of calling The Lawrence House home.

Assist the Property Manager in effectively managing a 394 unit rental residence in the Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago. In the managers absence; assume all responsibilities associated with accomplishing property objectives as set forth by the Property Manager. • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including accurate reporting of rents and deposits received.• Compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records complete and within budget on a monthly basis.• Calculate and submit payments to vendors, and process resident payments to obtain accurate financial data for use in maintaining property accounting records. • Generate lease renewals on a monthly basis and update weekly reports concerning notices to vacate, occupancy reports, and activity reports.

Coordinate all activities related to unit sales, and lease renewals. Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention.• Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends in the Lake Shore East neighborhood, contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing the property and improving resident satisfaction. • Generate and handle traffic, qualify prospective residents, prepares lease documentation, and completes move-in paperwork and procedures. • Ensure excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants, and promotes a quality living experience for all residents. • Assists with processing work order requests for residents and ensures work is completed in a timely manner.
