• Assist the Property Manager in effectively managing a 394 unit rental residence in the Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago. In the managers absence; assume all responsibilities associated with accomplishing property.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including accurate reporting of rents and deposits received.
• Compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records complete and within budget on a monthly basis.
• Calculate and submit payments to vendors, and process resident payments to obtain accurate financial data for use in maintaining property accounting records.
• Generate lease renewals on a monthly basis and update weekly reports concerning notices to vacate, occupancy reports, and activity reports.
