Enjoy telling stories through equations, with Feynman lecture series being my all-time favorite books. I graduated in Mechanical Engineering and joined Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) right after. At MSIL, I worked on a novel design of an automobile structure under a demanding environment. This exercise spanning 3 years constituted problem solving with limited resources, constant negotiations, knowledge management, vendor upgradation, developing drawings and CAD models, prototyping and design thinking. I have completed my MBA from IIT Bombay. Took up diverse courses, including those outside MBA curricula. The positions of responsibility I held honed several dimensions of my personality, such as cultivating a growth mindset, leadership, empathy, and conflict management. Also worked on multidisciplinary projects that include a couple of strategy projects with startups and a case study with an MNC. Post MBA, I had a short stint with a financial services provider where I handled a team of ~10 engineers to deliver product enhancements for a global client.
