I am Nipun Kumar, now working as Manager- supply planning in a leading footwear industry in south India with an annual salary of Rs. 12 lac, I have 14 years of experience in the footwear industry.My Roles and Responsibilities are• Demand Planning and forecasting of Line Sheet as per market requirement. • Inventory management, flagging the operations team on anomalies on stockpile up or understock.• Stock ageing, flagging the operations team on anomalies on longer ageing stocks and action plan to liquidate the stock on priority. • Support and guide operations to ensure that Stock Inventory and ageing are within budget. • Key accounts (top dealer) support in terms of supply of required articles and required cut size.• Liasoning with the sales team to understand the pulse of the market and trends in the market, to give inputs to NPD for product development.• Collation of New product feedback from the field and then do required fine-tuning in production and development. • Interaction with Units and give required feedback and priorities as per changing market dynamics
