Designing and coordinating construction for a settlement of Buddhist monks.

Architect consultant for hunnarshala foundation for Lumanti, a Nepal based organisation focused in post earthquake redesigning and reconstruction of the two semi-urban villages of Siddhipur and Macchegaon near Kathmandu. My job was to design houses with the community keeping a balance of traditional architecture and modern building techniques.

Post earthquake rehabilitation of Buddhist nuns in Bakhang Nunnery, Nepal.

1. Housing for the internally displaced victims of the 2013 Muzaffarnagar riots in Kandla and Aryapuri villages, Muzaffarnagar district.• Working with the community: Worked with the communities at various levels (Project deadlines, resource management, education, sanitation, house design).• Documentation: Traditional building technologies of the Muzaffarnagar area. Technologies included Brick shallow domes, plank and joist roofs, RB and RBC roofs and studying abandoned houses of the old village.• Design: Designed incremental houses for Kandla village and build houses with the owners.• Team building: Working with the artisans, helped in building brick-artisans team for future collaborations.2. Nepal Earthquake 2015:• Worked on different ways to retrofit the old damaged houses based on their typologies.3. Decentralised waste water treatment plant for Shiyadri school, pune:• Worked on designing the treatment plant as an urban design element for the school. 4. Rajiv Awaas Yojna• Community contact, Poster design for community awareness, 3D modelling and graphics of Bhimrao Nagar Site.5. Indira Awaas Yojna- Detailing of Housing museum

Covered five locations in the beautiful state of Madhya Pradesh, India. The locations include Chitrakoot , mahiyar, Amarkanthak , jabalpur (bedaghaat) and Kundalpur..

I worked on daily assignments. Covered One day "bharat Bandh" , "Shillong choir chamber profile" , "artist Sarla Chandra ". Completed a Series On Delhi in HDR , called "Shades of Delhi".
