Responsible for the end-to-end technology platform for SwagUp. Core responsibilities are as follows:* Responsible for overseeing daily operations and ongoing development of SwagUp’s core applications, which are used by our Supply Chain team, Sourcing & Merchandising team, vendors, suppliers, and customer network to drive results in swag management.* Identify and execute opportunities to refactor applications & infrastructure to improve performance, decrease operational cost, and/or accelerate innovation* Oversee delivery of features and enhancements that drive measurable revenue and business scalability* Build culture and processes that support high performance, reliable execution, and continuous improvement on engineering teams* Lead the company with anticipatory thinking and creative, effective procedures that help keep SwagUp safe from internal and external security threats.* Create a company culture that embraces security* Create a security program to engage in threat modeling and build a roadmap to address the concerns identified in the model* Identify and execute opportunities to streamline or improve databases to improve performance and/or decrease operational cost* Develop a multi-year plan for SwagUp to operate on an independent, self-sufficient technology platform* Identify, recruit, motivate, lead, and retain exceptional engineering talent to create high-performing and loyal teams across US and India* Cultivate future leaders by developing and empowering talent at all levels* Establish well-informed budget projections across all technology functions; manage within established budgets* Integrate deeply into SwagUp’s team and culture; partner closely with Transformation, Operations, and Growth teams to receive feedback and input on the business requirements for our technology
