Let's grow together.Responsibilities:• providing technical support on domain, billing and service-related questions in live chats and tickets• assisting in sales and pre-sales questions• working with different types of clients• suggesting solutions when a product malfunctions• reporting bugs and customer feedbacks• organizing workflow to meet customer timeframes and expectations

• Maintain the safety of the patrons in and around the pool• Supervise swimmers to ensure that they are swimming within the safety protocols• Spot hazards or potential hazards and take measures to prevent accidents• Work as a team with other lifeguards during special events• Perform rescues in the event of drowning or swimming accidents• Perform first aid and CPR according to the demands of adverse situations• Perform pool chemical checks to ensure safety and hygiene• Maintain accurate records of pool use and chemical levels• Check safety of rescue tubes and buoys and perform needed maintenance• Ensure that all pool equipment is stored safely and that any lost items are kept in a safe place• Communicate any potentially dangerous elements of the facility to the Supervisor
