Current• Managing the Global Corporate IT, 5 teams: Infrastructure, System, IT Services, NetSecOps and ServiceNow in a global scale• Defining strategies, policies and processes to match company goals• Setting teams’ objectives and targets. Translating objectives into projects and on-going tasks• Building the IT Services Team’s roadmap and vision in a follow the sun model, defining SLA, OLA, KPIs and Knowledge Base to ensure smooth and effective operations• Leading M&A projects that consist multiple stakeholders, from defining the Scope of Work to execution• Delivering complex IT projects in a hybrid environment such as ZTNA, Nutanix, SCCM to Intune, Jamf and more• Working closely with business departments, such as HR and Security to create automated LCM workflows• Identifying areas of development, bringing innovation and improving employee experience with solutions such as Envoy Guest Experience, Self Service portals and more• Leading business continuity plan - DR as a Service, Backup as a Service
