• Leading a team of security and network specialists in a complex, fast-paced global network environment, both Corporate (Wired and Wireless), R&D, Data Centers and Servers (ESXi, etc)• Securing the company’s crown jewels with multiple best-of-breed products (F5 various modules, Palo Alto etc.)• Projecting workload and resource allocation to senior management for team planning.• Managing integrators, partners and vendors – quote management, negotiating prices, issuing purchase orders, defining roadmap for network security solutions.• Overseeing the entire IT products and collaborating between various IT teams to support company targets and goals.• Being a part of architecture team to define the whole IT direction, including Virtualization, Backup, Servers, Windows, Linux.• Working closely with Infosec team to mitigate potential risks and proactively find solutions to overcome them while minimizing the impact to business.• Escalation point for Tier 2 incidents.

- Maintaining and troubleshooting multiple network devices 24x7 - Tier 3 - Acting as an escalation engineer for network/security incidents across the globe (above 20000 users) - Experience with Cisco routers (Cisco 38xx, 39xx etc), Cisco Switches (Cisco 68xx, 65xx, 45xx, Nexus Series)- Implementing and operating WAN acceleration solutions using riverbed technologies to increase business productivity- Maintaining Aruba Wireless solution while providing customers WiFi solutions to both Laptop and Mobile- Working closely with InfoSec team to analyze, investigate and address threats/attacks on the infrastructure using SIEM.- Securing the network (Production and R&D) using Palo Alto Firewalls globally.
