Scouts Branch Senior Manager
- Educational, safety and logistical responsibility over the ongoing activities and special events of the "Carmel" Scouts tribe - numbering about 800 Childrens.
- Managed an operating annual budget of 300k and additional events budgets.
- Educational and professional training leader's teams.
- Logistic operation: execution of different events such as trips, ceremonies and seminars, working with suppliers, contractors and authorities.
- Managing, promoting, and monitoring processes. Building an organizational structure and an annual plan.
- Support the Seniors journey of making decisions on their path after graduating high school: whether it is meaningful military service or deciding to go on a community service gap year/ premilitary academy.
