Scouts Branch Senior Manager
Educational, safety and logistical responsibility over the ongoing activities and special events of the "Carmel" Scouts tribe - numbering about 800 Childrens.● Managed an operating annual budget of 300k and additional events budgets.● Educational and professional training leader's teams.● Logistic operation: execution of different events such as trips, ceremonies and seminars, working with suppliers, contractors and authorities. ● Managing, promoting, and monitoring processes. Building an organizational structure and an annual plan.● Support the Seniors journey of making decisions on their path after graduating high school: whether it is meaningful military service or deciding to go on a community service gap year/ premilitary academy.● Educated and inspired scouts to pursue leadership roles and embrace social responsibility and activism.
