Develop and implement the company's clinical development strategy to support the clinical trial phase and market entry of new drugs.Lead the planning, execution and monitoring of clinical trials to ensure completion on time and on budget.Assemble and manage the clinical development team, including clinical researchers, data managers and other related personnel.Ensure that all clinical trials comply with relevant laws, regulations, ethical standards and company policies, and coordinate communications with regulatory agencies.Oversee the collection and analysis of clinical trial data to ensure accuracy and completeness, and write and review clinical study reports.Manage the clinical development budget and ensure effective allocation and utilisation of resources.Work closely with drug development, marketing, finance and other departments to ensure clinical development is aligned with overall company strategy.Builds and maintains relationships with clinical trial sites, research partners and other stakeholders to promote project success.
