• Analyze user requirements and define technical project scope and assumptions for assigned tasks.• Prepare requirement definition, design, and technical specifications.• Create business and technical designs for new systems and modifications to existing systems. Responsibility for all stages of producing routine intelligence material, from the definitionof requirements to allocation and supervision of tasks, analysis of data, and control ofthe final product.Design, preparation, and delivery of training courses for SIGINT operators.Communication with clients in the intelligence community.Overseeing of various intelligence and technological projects.

The position required high adaptation skills, dealing with new and classified intelligence fields while complying with the goals, objectives, and standard requirements of the unit.Conducting a personal project in “offline” hours.Collection and production of intelligence information, providing interpretation and analysis, production of insights, extraction of information, and extensive use of the Webint.
