• Trusted advisor and finance partner for the divisional general manager. • Providing support in all financial/commercial aspects related to the entire sales cycle as well as with ongoing relations with the customers.• Participating in commercial negotiations with customers (back and front office).• Providing financial support of all deal cycles, from deal initiation to final contract, including financial model (P&L, cash flow, tax, hedging, etc.), contract negotiation and customer facing issues.• Ensuring that all deals are compliant with company procedures and guidelines.• Managing the ongoing financial planning and analysis of the division - building the monthly/quarterly reports of the existing and potential business, leading the AOP and 3 years plan processes, setting targets for managers and monitor their financial results.• Participating in cross finance and/or unique ad-hoc projects in the division (financial models, cost reduction initiatives, cost benefit analysis, etc.)

• Serve as Key Partner, Analyzing, consolidating, and leading status presentations of all financial aspects (targets, forecast, risk assessment, recommendations, etc.) on an ongoing basis to Amdocs Executive Management including the VP of Finance & International General Manager• Consult and actively contribute to the determination of the International Region’s mid-term and long-term strategy together with International executive management.• Analyze the consolidated International Region’s P&L for revenue recognition and EBIT (Actual Financials and Forecast), booking, invoicing, and collection.• Lead and manage AOP (yearly budget) and long-range plan processing; develop the annual budget preparation and consult with executive management regarding target setting and guidelines• Responsible for all activities relevant to the closing of quarters (such as presentations and reviews with International Management and Division leads).• Perform monthly closing activities, ensuring system accuracy and coordinating the processing with other finance stakeholders and units. • Collaborating with Corporate and Regions Delivery/Business/Operations Management serving as a Key Consultant representing the Region within the organization. Responsible for all activities relevant to the closing of quarters (such as presentations and reviews).• Lead, mentor and develop 6 teams comprised of 6 Managers and 22 of their direct reports, including training, personal development, and coaching.

• Manage a team of senior financial analysts running the ongoing financials of the growing CALA division. Annual revenue of over $200M.• Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income/expense forecasts etc.) in alignment with the division’s goals.• Develop forecast models - Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance.• Trusted advisor for the division’s management on all financial aspects, key stake holder on all the division’s presentations to Amdocs senior management.• Key focal point and consultant representing the division within the organization.

FP&A in Corp. Economics of Amdocs and Financial Analyst in Europe Division•Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income/expense forecasts etc.) taking into account the divisions goals and financial standing.•Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models.•Identify trends, advise and recommend actions to management and business side.•Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts.•Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope.•Improving work processes inside team by improving reports and data sets.
