Heading Poker department as well of "Casino & Games" department. Both consist of over 100 team members, including Product Managers, developers, testing etc. Overall accountability for the planning, specification, design and delivery of 888's main products: Poker, Casino and Social Casino.Leading the transformation from PC and web into mobile: Devised, developed and launched the mobile product line over HTML5 and native.

Heading "Casino & Games" department, consists of Product Management, R&D, QA, Integration and Production - delivering company's leading product (over $200M) on multiple platforms: PC, smartphones (iPhone and Android), tablets and Facebook.

• Head of a large R&D unit consists of 100 developers, project management, testing teams and system engineers, located in several sites (70 in Israel), delivering a state-of-the-art Network Management System with enhanced features and capabilities to Tier1 customers.• Accountable for an R&D budget of over €10 Million a year. • Overall responsibility for day-to-day management, recruitment, resource allocation, performance evaluation and personal development processes of the entire group.• Successfully led significant organizational changes, in order to optimize group performance and increase employees engagement and motivation.• Managed to lead a ramp-up of 50% in group’s head-count, within only six months.• Expedited a migration process to agile and SCRUM development.
