Responsible for establishing the company’s technical visions, developing the product roadmap and leading all aspects of the company‘s technology development. Setting the company’s strategic direction, development and future growth, positioning the company’s service offering as a leader in the industry.- Managing a global engineering team- Directing and ensuring timely delivery of the end-to-end product deliverables including product concept, development, quality control, product release, product maintenance and sustaining.- Partnering with cross functional teams to maximize the collaboration and effectiveness of work with the Sales, Technical Support and Marketing organizations.- Defining the requirements and roadmaps to drive results to ensure business objectives are achieved.- Ensuring the team understands the business direction and how each Engineer’s work contributes to the bigger picture of the ZoomInfo's products as well as the company’s revenue/requirements.- Hands-on developer
