• Led the development of a large family of ATM switches for enterprise applications, involving 40 engineers.• Key achievements:- Released an advanced product family to the market under extremely aggressive TTM demands- Timely release of several SW releases- “Face Lifting” a team perceived as underdogs into the best performing team at 3Com, IL.

• SW architect and SW group leader for a team of 30 engineers, developing embedded SW for a family of SDH add/drop multiplexers • Key achievements:- Built the first SDH ADMs in the world, winning a single contract of $40M with Deutche Telecom upon the first product release.- Established the SW architecture, SW team and methodology for the above products- Raised a group of excellent managers who became successfully employed all across the industry.

• SW engineer developing SW for Central Offices.• Key achievements- Development of multiple RT, embedded applications- Led a team participating in the first sub-contracting project done at Telrad for NORTEL, US.
