As ServiceMax solution architect I am focused on designing and leading implementation teams on solution delivery that will increase customer's KPI such as First Time Fix, Mean Time To Repair, Contract Leakage and so on.I am passionate about making organization effective and successful and make their service organization optimal and profitable.

During my time at Datorama I functioned as implementation engineer and was in charge on strategic account's implementation from the initiation phase to successful completion.I got familiar with digital marketing world of content and learned a lot on how organizations are managing their branding, costs and revenue.Datorama product is revolutionary and it was amazing to see the outcome which resulted with better planning and reduced cost.I also took part in the establishment of Datorama's partners course and was the tutor for onsite training.

As a product analyst at Intel I mainly focus on utilizing business processes by implementing and deploying machine learning solutions. One of the biggest challenges in this job code is connecting between the business need and the right solution. Another fun fact is that everything is changing all the time and what worked on time x will not necessarily work on time x+1.

As ServiceMax practice leader it is my job to stay updated on all product changes. ServiceMax is a modern and flexible system. Every new release new possibilities and improvements are available. I am responsible of understanding the new features and moving on the knowledge to the team and from there to our appreciated customers. As one of the first partners of ServiceMax we are holding already a lot of knowledge and best practices. It is important to keep working according to our best practices and past experience to provide the best solution to the customer.

It is my job to analyze customer's requirements and sort out what can be done within the boundaries of the system and what can't be done.The requirements that can be done will be translated to a set of action items that will be passed on to the implementation engineers.For the requirements that can't be done there is a well defined process and a nice portion of creativity to find a suitable work around. Brain storming is always a good approach on these cases. As a solution architect I will be also in charge for creating the design documents of the project.
