• Leading Information Security projects in various fields (examination of internal and external Information systems, corporate networks etc.,) while acquainted with security solutions.
• Performing quality control for Security findings/evidence to produce Information Security reports.
• Operating surveys in goal to assess the Cyber-Security coverage in Vendors / Third-Party companies.
• Accompanying corporates with Cyber-Security certification and renewal of certificates such as: ISO 27001/18 | SOC2: Type 2 | GDPR and the Israeli Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations.
• Managing Social Engineering campaigns (Phishing) as a practice in organizations to raise employee awareness about cyber security; Including employee training.

• Performing 24x7x365 shifts as part of Cyber-Security monitoring service; Tier 1-2 SOC Analyst.
• Monitoring communications and organizational defense systems, identifying suspicious events, understanding them and preforming preventative action and escalation according to customer requirements.
• Ongoing work with Security Information and Event Management software (IBM QRadar, Siemplify, ArcSight).
• Maintain up-to-date security patches distribution of all client’s OS and applications.

Tel Aviv Area, Israel

• Responsible for diagnosing & resolving hardware, software, mobile and network issues. First point of contact for all technical queries.
• Maintain the overall end-user environment, including hardware installation and troubleshooting, software configuration and support for 150 employees; in-house and abroad.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications including Office 365 and Exchange servers.
• Responding promptly to requests for technical support remotely and face to face.
