Performing 24x7x365 shifts as part of Cyber-Security monitoring service; Tier 1-2 SOC Analyst. • Monitoring communications and organizational defense systems, identifying suspicious events, understanding them and preforming preventative action and escalation according to customer requirements.• Ongoing work with Security Information and Event Management software (IBM QRadar, Siemplify, ArcSight).• Maintain up-to-date security patches distribution of all client’s OS and applications.

Responsible for diagnosing & resolving hardware, software, mobile and network issues. First point of contact for all technical queries.• Maintain the overall end-user environment, including hardware installation and troubleshooting, software configuration and support for 150 employees; in-house and abroad.• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications including Office 365 and Exchange servers.• Responding promptly to requests for technical support remotely and face to face.
