Winemaking, Oenology and teaching people about Wine and its wonders are almost all my occupations.During the First 20 Years of Soreq Winery I was thankful for the opportunity to discover the richness & the profound joy of working with wine and essentially of Winemaking. Founding the school and constantly working with Students while Winemaking, added to it the best platform for continuous learning and progressing. Connecting and interacting with a vast number of experts broadened this knowledge. 150 Home & Boutique Wineries founded by students of the school are the best testimony for its impact on Winemaking in Israel.
