Head of The Optical Meta-Engineering Lab at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel. My research group conducts experimental research that lies at the interface of engineering and applied physics and focuses on optics and photonics, and, more specifically, nano-engineered materials and structures with a custom-designed electromagnetic response—metamaterials and metasurfaces—in the linear, nonlinear, and quantum optical regimes.Research Focus: Meta-Engineering of Light, Optics and Photonics at the Nanoscale, Structures and Materials by Design, Metamaterials, Metasurfaces, Metadevices
