Was asked by Radisson Blu GM to work for Rezidor, and assist in the operational merge of the Apart Hotel, and Radisson Blu Hotel.Part of the Centreville Hospitality complex. 95000 sqm built complex, which consists of a Radisson Blu Hotel (424 rooms), Worldclass fitness club (managed by Worldclass), Casino (rental), Centreville Apart Hotel (293 full serviced apartments) 6 -7 F&B outlets, and commercial stores, located in the Centre of Bucharest. Owned by Elbit Imaging.Responsible for all Operations of the Apart Hotel complex after the operational merge with Radisson Blu, and was part of the Executive Committee of the Hotel. We were 2 D.O.O's in the complex.Was Project Manager of the renovation of 65 apartments, and public areas of 227 apartments on behalf of Rezidor.I managed and completed the main project for the Property Improvement Plan for the Centre Ville merge with Radisson Blu as per agreed schedule between Rezidor and owning company as per IMA. Managed to increase Room Department profit of the Apart hotel by around 2% in a year from 84% to 86%
