About MeNir Zeer is a successful real estate developer, investor, entrepreneur and active philanthropist. Born in Israel, Nir began his career in his father’s plumbing business where the company renovated thousands of housing units for the Government and the private sector. In 2002, , while getting his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and finance, Nir Zeer began his real estate career by buying his house property in Brooklyn, NY before founding a real estate development and investment firm. Nir Zeer is the founder and CEO of Danrich, a New York-based real estate development and investment firm. Nir is also involved with numerous charitable organizations, amongst them, his personal commitment to helping many of the synagogues located in Hollywood, Florida.

In 2004, Nir Zeer along with his father opened a real estate management company in Syracuse NY were they successfully acquired, renovated, and managed over 100 units including single family, multi family as well as retail space. In 2007, he launched his the real estate brokerage business, Danrich Family Homes, LLC.
