Financial planning and budgeting: - Responsible for managing the annual budgets and monthly/ long-term cash flow, funds deployed at KGS. - Support on collections of Account receivables - Provides support to onshore member firms / business teams through regular reporting of various finance KPIs and management reporting to the leadership. - Worked on a M&A transaction and supported on the financial due diligence. - Report to the CFO and support him in managing all the escalations received by finance teams.Finance process and delivery governance: - Responsible to manage the finance process SOPs and track SLAs for service delivery by various finance functions. - Supports the KGS CFO in leadership meetings and manage the agenda of these meetingsFinance (Finance Transformation) process improvements at KGS: - Leading the Finance PMO at KGS and directing various process improvement projects using a 30/60/90 day project methodology and has delivered many improvements such as streamlining of accrual process, reduction in DSO, finance connect with member firms, invoicing cycle time and quality of invoicing process. - Support in year end statutory audit and review of financials- Coordinated GST implementation at KGS.

- Responsible to lead a team of iXBRL, US-XBRL comprising 100+ CA and commerce graduates who do conversion of financial statements of various companies follwoing UK GAAP/IFRS/US-GAAP.- Manage operations of these service lines including resource planning, work requests allocation, quality of deliverables- Resposible for performance management and upskilling of team - Other matters related to operations.- Lead the development automated work flow solution of receiving and delivering work requests including monitoring of progress, quality review and feedback.

Statutory audit of verious Listed/Unlisted companies in India as per IGAAP. Key clients included Educomp Solutions, IDP Education, Pidilite etc..
