Activities/responsibilities:- member of the team making feasibility studies/ loan applications and businessplan for various projects such as: Real estate projects, Mining projects, Restaurant, Construction, Recruitment Agency, Hotel & Casino etc.- Making financial analysis of projects/ Companies and if necessary develop a austerity policy- Continoulsy looking and implementing methods for better efficiency- Responsible for all tax issues of the company and subsidiary companies- Preparing the financial statements/ yearly reports together with the consultants- Replacing the CEO in his absence- Responsible for the foreign logistic of the company and all subsidiary companies- Coordinating the legal Issues and screening the contracts- Management of the daily operational activities

They also sell the necessary accessories for the above mentioned items.
