Had been a core individual during the Greenfield project phase at Hero Motocorp Limited. Looked after all the areas also developed systems and processes for smooth working. Some of the core areas were Receiving, Inventory Management, Stock Reconciliation, Rejection Monitoring, OSP Dispatch. Currently associated with Kirby Building System - a Group Company of Alghanim Industries, and is the second Greenfield project which I am working into. Here, I am mostly looking after setting up of processes across Store and Warehouse. Looking after Inbound processes, Job work dispatch and reconciliation, Scrap Management, along with Consumables and Maintenance spare area.
