• Ensure all Invoice, Credit note and bank payment are correctly authorized and do the general entry in system.• Scrutiny and reconciliations of ledger at regular interval of time.• Checking fund flow of locations and arranging fund for them.• Ensuring timely & proper accounting by local team members.• Ensuring timely & correct billing to the Vendors and ensuring good relations with Vendors.• Analyzing cost minimization by comparing Actual cost with AOP to reduce major costs like Vehicle Maintenance, Conveyance & Manpower Hire.• Ensuring receivables to be below 90 days to help the organization to maintain its Working capital.• Taking stringent measures to reduce cash payments so as to improve accountability of locations to stop leakages.• Prepare Accounting reports by collecting vendor payment, analyzing and summarizing all collection details information and share with account head and state head & RBH.• Daily update all collection details and sending DCR file to Mumbai collection team.• Resolve the account discrepancies by investigations documentation then Verify.• Maintain effective file systems for all invoice Xerox copy, invoice receiving copy, collection details, bank / customer LOI copy, Axis bank Letter of exchange copy & credit note – cheque Xerox copy & etc.• Prepare month wise collection details file and share them with RBH on a monthly basis.• Support different audit which direct or indirect take place in the organization by sharing relevant information & documents.• Timely & accurately local billing & follow up for outstanding for recovery from clients.• Try to reduce the outstanding target month on month basis.• Currently we have successfully completed the Compliance / Statutory Audit, ERM / Process Audit.• Handling Customers effectively by identifying needs, quickly gaining trust, approaching complex situations and resolving problems to Maximize efficiency.• Comply with accounting procedure, practices & company’s policy.• Maintain the reporting deadlines and quality & accounting.
