Currently, CFO for Pt Matahari Department Stores Tbk overseeing Finance, IT, Logistics, Investor Relations, Procurement, Risk Management and Internal Audit, for the business. - Experience in Retail, F&B, FMCG and Automobile Sector. - Have led roles in various aspects of finance; in a career with quick job rotations coupled with stability within the organization. Roles included controllership, planning and strategy, manufacturing finance, taxation, risk management and sales accounting. - Other than Finance, have experience of leading Commercial teams, Supply Chain, procurement as well as New Business Development. Played a key role in getting and onboarding 4 new brands for a Retail business. - Led M&A transaction (sale of 2K refinish paints business by ICI Paints to PPG Industries). - Played key role in raising funds for the business. - Led the project to reduce working capital for ICI paints - from positive to negative. - Mentored / Coached large and geographically spread team with proven ability to develop internal bench. One of my proudest achievements has been to have lowest attrition in team for 3 years in a row.
