Working with Agency debit memo team of GDS Worldspan (Travelport) .• Analyzing the debit memos issued for worldspan auto priced tickets.• Checking all the fare rules and fare construction used by system are correct or not.• Checking the PNR history. • Create dummy booking in the Travelport’s CRS`s (Apollo,Galileo,worldspan) to check the pricing response as of ticket issue date and also the current pricing response.• Use different diagnostic entries to check where the system is processing a particular fare incorrectly.• After analyzing the above mentioned steps if system is pricing the fare or tax incorrectly, then go for the checking of the ATPCO fare coding to see whether the coding is done accurately or incorrectly by the carrier.• If coding is done incorrectly by the carrier then need to deny the debit memo to the carrier stating that coding is incorrect because of that system is processing the incorrect fare or taxes.• If coding is done accurately by the carrier and Travelport CRS is not pricing the fare or tax as per the coding then need to make payment either to the carrier or to the agency. Also report the differences to programmers by creating problem logs or Route cause.• Send corresponding letters to the agency and carrier.• Updating the Team members with all the updates.• Working on various management reports.
