As submitting of each month billing & collection data, weekly report of security deposit and system loading charges payment, calculation of each month Average Tariff Rate. Calculation of weekly input energy invoice & proper accounting assurance of same.  Setup Collection Counters (21 No’s) all over Agra for Bill collection. Relationship Management with Banks & CMS for collection of daily Collection. Centralised coordinator of billing related matter. Resolving the issues related to billing with IT Department. Single point coordinator of consumer complaints for DISCOM (pre takeover) related issues i.e. Arrears, Security Deposit, OTS Schemes launched by DISCOM from time to time.. Dealing with the Institutional consumers especially with Govt. consumers for regarding payments and their issued related to billing. Ensuring the various claims to be raised to DISCOM such as Incentive on arrear recovery, pipeline cases service line recovery, Subsidy to consumer etc. on time and there credit to be received.  Ensuring compliance with all Statutory and Regulatory requirements like timely filing of TDS, PF, Sales Tax, Electricity Duty, ESI and remittance of periodical dues. Analysis of financial data for management reporting. Formulating budgets, comparing the actual results with the anticipated ones and reporting about negative variances if any. Creditors & Debtors Control, Job Costing for every Individual Job & Controlling.

 Functioned as a head the accounts & finance department for Daloda Plant in the year 2007-08 Played a key role in setting up system of accounting & SAP. There I was a power user of TDS related matter & also the power user for Trial Balance. Headed the accounts & finance department for Associates Companies (53 Companies) having turnover of 2000 Cr. P.A.  Member of the team to finalise the Balance Sheet my part is there to make company’s Consolidated Quantity Sheet, Notes to accounts, Contingent liabilities, & Segmental Report.
