As a research associate in the Newcastle University, my work will primarily involve a combination of experimental and numerical investigation of mode-2 internal solitary waves. Whereas, as a researcher at IIT Guwahati, I applied my knowledge in Fluid Mechanics and my photolithography and mathematical modeling skills to conduct experimental research on microfluidics and nanofluidics. I have worked in this field for more than five years and have published multiple papers in peer-reviewed journals and conferences. Previously, I was an assistant professor at Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, where I taught and mentored undergraduate students in mechanical engineering. I also hold a BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering from WBUT. My core competencies include problem-solving, analytical thinking, collaboration, and innovation. My mission is to advance the scientific knowledge and applications of fluid dynamics at micro and nano scales and contribute to developing novel technologies and solutions for various industries and sectors.
