Handling overall factory operation of web and sheetfed printing machines. We are one of the largest printers of educational books in eastern India. We have the two KBA made sheetfed printing machine of 102 and 104cm size and five web offset machines.

Overall responsibility of Factory. As production manager, I have to look after from adminstration to final product despatch. This all involves from customer interaction, costing, designing, printing and final delivery at door-step of the customer. We are working on Computer to plate system from Heidelberg. I have operating experience of Heidelberg 74-5.

Working with India’s Largest English publishing daily, The Times Of India, Ahmedabad, Gujarat from July 2003 to August 2007, as ‘Deputy Manager’. Working on Heidelberg and Agfa fotoLook scanners, Agfa Avantra Image setters and Colour proofers. Doing color corrections of digital photographs with the help of specific color profile, based on color management.

Worked on Scitex Ever smart PRO-II flatbed scanner and Scitex Imagesetters. Also to look all functionaries in the Newspaper printing like Plate making and Printing Machine operations. Knowledge of Printing Machines like Manugarph made Newsline_45 & Newsline_30 and Orient. Gained on job knowledge of Information Technology related field as Windows2003.

Two and half years From August 1997-Februrary 2000 worked with Thomson Repro House - New Delhi [ sister concern of Living Media Ltd. as Pre-Press Supervisor. Worked on Photoshop, QuarkXpress, Macromedia Freehand, Adobe PageMaker & Illustrator, Corel Draw on PC as well as MAC System. Also worked on Scitex Smart342l Flatbed Scanner SCITEX-ps/2 Rip Server.
