I am a DU graduate and dynamic retail professional with above 12 yrs. of retail and Hospitality expertise.I have worked for Pizza Hut, US based Pizza Brand, and Barista, an Italian cafe for around 3+ yrs in my Hospitality stint.I, later moved to Fashion and Lifestyle retail and joined Aldo and Clarks, Footwear brands and worked for 4+ yrs.Over last 5 yrs I am associated with Shoe mart Footwear, value footwear brand of Landmark Retail which is largest Retail group in the GCC region based at Oman Muscat. I am handling multinational team comprising of Indians/Nepalese/Sri Lankans/Philipinos and of course Omani Nationals.I have attended several Leadership development programmes such as Leads Fundamentals /Store Leadership Programme (SLP)/Sales Associate License to Operate (SALTO) during my tenure.I have been recognised as best store manager and won best store teams award twice during FY 2017-18 and 2018-19 consecutively.My interest’s lye’s in talking to various people, respecting their views, listening to Ted talks and various self development programmes. I like helping people to achieve their goals. I want to become an entrepreneur and help the people in need which ever way I can. I am blessed with a son Anan and wife Arti.
