Responsible in Full life cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating & closing technical personnel.• Gathering Direct clients’ requirements for the Fortune 500 Direct clients or Implementation partners like- (Wipro,Cognizant,TCS, Birlasoft, Infosys, etc.) which we get from our Manager Head.• Strongly worked on "Pega PRPC" Technology.• Expertise in relationship building and developing client-based solutions by understanding the customer’s business needs and challenges.• Strong focus on research, analysis and information gathering to understand market & customer needs thoroughly.• Build and Maintain candidates relationship, pipeline, and proven ability to self-manage multiple positions by sourcing, screening, qualifying, coordinating, interviews, negotiating and closing candidates.• Creating & maintaining strong database of candidates across all verticals & domains like - Finance, Health Care, Retail, Pharma etc.• Searching consultants in US market through database, reference & job portals (Dice,Monster, Tech fetch and Linked-in)Working on permanent (Fulltime Employement/W2) as well as contractual (C2C/CTH) positions.• Hired consultants (US Citizen/Green Card Holder or Permanent Resident/Canadian Citizen/EAD/H1B) on different payroll basis including W2, Corp to Corp & 1099.• Regular interaction with consultants to review work progress & redress their issues, if any.Bookmark.
