Project initiation• Review of designs, drawings & documents• Review contractor’s mobilization, installations & work program• Administer the contract for execution• Contract management and management information system• Review and certification of interim and final payment certificates• Enforcement of traffic safety management, installations and procedures• Documentation & progress reports• Check contractor’s setting out of project• Standardization of quality control & quality assurance systems• Advise on contract changes, variations & arbitrations• Enforce environmental management plan• Training & technology transfer • Organize coordination meetings• Permanent record of correspondence Key Qualifications:• Have more than Eighteen years of experience in Highway / Bridge Projects in India. • Has a wealth experience of planning, design review, executions, monitoring of construction activities, quality assurance, quantity surveying, contract management, administration and material management of major highway and bridge projects in India.• Has experience of MORT & H and IRC specification and extensively applied this in the construction of Flexible and Rigid Pavement Road / Bridge,Hilly Protection Work Projects including DBFOT & World Bank funded four laning of National Highway Projects.
