With over 12 years of experience in the banking industry, I am a Senior Manager at Bandhan Bank, where I lead the trade finance operations team, System transformation, UAT testing,Requirement Gathering. My mission is to ensure the smooth and compliant execution of trade finance transactions, such as guarantees, remittances, and export and import operations, for our clients and partners.I have a strong background in trade finance, having worked as a Team Lead and a Manager at Tata Consultancy Services and HDFC Bank,ICICI Bank respectively. I have developed skills in documents scrutiny, swift and other banking payment systems, such as chaps and Fedwire, and management information systems (MIS). I am also skilled in team building, customer satisfaction, employee orientation, and operations management. I hold a MBA in Banking and Finance from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from Rustamji Institute of Technology, Gwalior.
