Current• Responsible for both shift execution, Plan the all activities including Manpower and handle the shift, work as a site shift In-charge.• Responsible for entire mechanical workshop periodic and Preventive maintenance of all HEM, Drill Jumbo DG Sets with Batching Plant CP-30 & engaged in major repairing of Heavy Earth Mover Machines (Drilling Equipment – Boomer 352, L2D & E2C, Tamrock DT820,Excavators:- PC 200, PC300,PC 400, PC 450,Loaders:BL200, Liugong CLG 856,Liebherr L550, SDLG Loader LG958,Dozer, Shortcrete Machine- Cifa CSS#3, Normet 5100, Telehandeler- Loadall, Cranes, Dumpers and Batching Plant CP30 etc.) as well as periodic and preventive maintenance and repair all type of damages.• To arrange/indent and maintain the spare-parts from manufacturer as per project requirements of international specifications & ensure that received spare-parts are genuine.• To maintain record of different task of repairing as well as inventory stock/consumption.• Supervision of test/calibration work carried out at laboratory. • Maintaining of the Hydraulic System.• Proper planning of Man Power, spare-parts & measuring instrument.
