Worked on project "Identifying 10 ways to bring customer delight." The project mainly focused on analysing the customer buying behaviour to understand their satisfaction level. It included studying all the factors that can add value to the customers visiting Big Bazaar. The idea behind this project was to increase the satisfaction levels of customers in all possible ways.
