Head of Finance and responsible for- Preparation of Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss A/c.- Taxation i.e. Excise, Service Tax, Sales Tax, Income Tax.- Bank finance for Term Loan & Cash Credit Limit.- Preparation of MIS Report & Project Finance- Risk Assessment analysis with respect to Bank Finance.- Raw material accounting & Mining Returns.- Attending to various Govt. Dept. with relation to Taxation matter.- Commercial Matters such as Material Procurement - Fund Management & Cash Management.

- Filing of Return under Excise, OST Act & CST Act.- Attending to Tribunals & High Court for appeal cases. - Project payment & reconciliation thereof.- Processing of Contractors & Suppliers Invoices for the project.- Cash Management & Bank Reconciliation.- Accounting & Maintaining of records for Fixed Assets. - Capitalization of all expenditure as per Project Report.- Working under Tally Accounting Package & In house Accounting Package.
