• Corresponding and Coordinating with buyer and buying house directly.• Responsibility to take approval of lab dips, bulk lot trims and accessories from the customer and conveying same to buying house.• Responsibility to take approval of photo shot sample, fit samples , pre-production samples size set and TOP’ from buying house • Responsible for the costing and negotiation with buyer.• Supervising order Follow up Merchandise get shipped.• T&A planning and Execution.• Responsible to forward the status to the buying house.• Dealing directly with the suppliers for accessories sourcing , dealing with the Fabric/Garment sampling of any new style as per Buyers requirement• Taking main role in PP meeting• Looking after job works (such as printing, embroidery, garment dying etc) and taking decision on selection vendors for job work• Meet with buyer representatives and understand about quality/fit requirements of each buyer.• Supervision of production and shipment.• Buyer handled – Van Heusen, LP, Allen Solly, People, Park Avenue, Reliance Trend, Pantaloon, Ekyog, Liver Pool, Jonestu, Mochi, Liver Pool

• Coordination with the design department for product development, product costing and sampling as per the buyer’s requirement.• Getting samples developed as per buyer requirement. (proto, fit, size set, GCS &PP etc).• Managing styles from order confirmation to pre-production and follow up till shipment.• Preparing T & A and strictly following it.• Correspondence with Buyers and Buying agents for approvals/comments.• Fabric and Trims research as per forecast, getting their approval from buyer and ordering them in bulk• Coordinating with various departments such as Trims sourcing, Testing, etc.• Supervision of production and shipment.• Buyer handled – Ciocca, CPG, Blessing, Helder, Color Plus, Komodo
